허버트 제임스 드레이퍼가 1909년경 그린 율리시스와 세이런(Ulysses and the Siren)에서는 돛대에 자신의 몸을 결박시킨 율리시스가 절규하는 모습이 잘 나타나 있습니다.
율리시스는 오디세우스(Odysseus)의 라틴어 이름입니다.
