미국 오하이오(Ohio) 주 톨리도(Toledo)의 Old West End 구역에 위치한 미술관입니다.

26천 제곱미터(28만 제곱피트)에 45개 갤러리가 있으며, 소장하고 있는 작품은 3만점이 넘습니다.

1901년 톨리도의 유리 제조업자였던 에드워드 드러먼드 리비(Edward Drummond Libbey)에 의해 설립되었으며, 현재 위치에 자리잡은 것은 1912년입니다.

Edward B. Green과 Harry W. Wachter의 설계로 지어진 그리스 부흥(Greek revival) 양식의 건물로 이후 여러번의 증축이 있었습니다.

유리 공예 작품과 19세기와 20세기의 유럽과 미국의 회화작품 등을 소장 및 전시하고 있습니다.
