일본 시마네현(島根県, Shimane Prefecture) 야스기(安来, Yasugi)시(市),에 위치한 사립 미술관으로 1970년 아다치 젠코(足立全康)가 개관한 사립 미술관입니다. 

16만 5천 제곱미터에 달하는 토지 위에 6개의 일본 정원이 있는 것이 특징입니다.

회화, 도예, 조각 등 근대일본미술(modern Japanese art) 작품들을 소장하고 있으며, 1,500여 점의 작품을 전시하고 있습니다.

주요 소장품으로는 요코야마 다이칸(横山大観, 1868-1958)의 단풍(紅葉), 아타고 가는 길(愛宕路) 등이 있습니다.
