미국 뉴욕 주 주도인 올버니(Albany)에 있는 역사, 예술 박물관으로 1791년 설립되었습니다.

올버니와 어퍼 허드슨 밸리(Upper Hudson Valley) 지역의 역사, 예술, 문화 관련 물품을 수집, 보존, 해석, 홍보하기 위한 목적으로 세워졌습니다.

회화 1,600여 점, 드로잉 11,000여 점, 조각 600여 점, 가구 500여 점, 자기 1,200여 점, 의류·장신구 4,000여 점, 기타 역사적 인공물 5,450여 점 등 2만점이 넘는 물품을 영구 소장하고 있고. 도서관에는 인쇄물 14만여 권, 사진 8만 5천여 점 등이 소장되어 있습니다.
